WSHoF Event Update
We hope you are staying well in these challenging times. It is with much regret and with the prospect of the coming months still looking uncertain, that we unfortunately have to again postpone the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame Awards Dinner. This had initially been postponed to Tuesday 1st June 2021. The new date of the Awards Dinner is Wednesday 8 June 2022. We trust that the situation with the virus and the associated restrictions are well clear by then and that relatively large gatherings will be allowed.
As when we originally postponed our Dinner, we are disappointed, but the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in the event is our top priority and we hope you’ll agree that in light of the current implications and uncertainty around COVID-19, this is a sensible and timely decision.
If you have already booked your place at the event, then your original booking will be transferred to the new date. If you do not wish to attend next June, then please contact us at [email protected]. If you want to buy tickets to the rescheduled awards, you can do so through Eventbrite.

Yn anffodus, gan fod y misoedd nesaf yn dal yn edrych yn ansicr, bu’n rhaid i ni ohirio Cinio Gwobrau Oriel Anfarwolion Chwaraeon Cymru unwaith eto. Yn wreiddiol, cafodd y digwyddiad hwn ei ohirio tan mis Mehefin 2021. Dyddiad newydd y cinio gwobrau fydd Dydd Mercher 8 Mehefin 2022, ar yr amod y bydd sefyllfa’r feirws a’r cyfyngiadau cysylltiedig yn glir erbyn hynny.
Rydym yn siomedig, fel yr oeddem pan fu’n rhaid i ni ohirio’r cinio yn wreiddiol, ond diogelwch a llesiant pawb sy’n rhan o’r digwyddiad yw ein prif flaenoriaeth, ac yng ngoleuni’r goblygiadau difrifol a’r ansicrwydd ynghylch COVID-19 ar hyn o bryd, rydym yn gobeithio y byddwch yn cytuno bod hwn yn benderfyniad synhwyrol ac amserol.
